Paul Creighton
The wisdom of my parents identified me very quickly as the type of child who needed to be very busy, so they invited me to study martial arts, join some choirs, and play the trumpet. After high school, I forsook the trumpet due to an inherent lack of talent which led to a lack of interest; but I kept singing. I loved history, the classic writers and philosophers, the concept of G-d, and of courseÖdirty, nasty funk. I went to college in pursuit of a position with the F.B.I., but learned that unless F.B.I. stood for Food, Breaks, and Imagination (substitute intoxication accordingly), I would not be well suited for the organization. I shifted my interests in to the realm of education, and I got a job as an academic advisor at a college in Portland, but I kept singing. Finally, after surviving my first broken heart, I learned to craft and cultivate music, and so began my journey with IntervisionÖand Iím still singing.
