Tony Stovin
From my early years as an easily entertained child, I often found peace in my parentís LP collection. My curiosity with music was piqued, and at the age of eight I began what continues to be a struggle at the piano. Eventually, my interests shifted to the drums. By the time puberty was in full effect, all I wanted to do was sing, play guitar, and write songs about girls.
Upon entering college, I sought to cull my musical knowledge and skills. Encountering so many great musicians motivated me to hone my composition and arranging abilities. I was also exposed to sound production and engineering. My involvement in the recording of Intervisionís first album helped spark internships on other projects at Kung Fu Bakery. Coupling all of this information with my trade of homebuilding and construction, I took on the task of building the band’s first few P.A. systems, the items so heavy that they better served as anchors for commercial fishing vessels! At present, I continue to record live shows, home studio sessions, run live sound, and take on studio guitar sessions in my time away from Intervision.
